Mission: To ensure that children from financially disadvantaged homes get the support to enable them to acquire skills that prepare them to become fully productive members of their communities.

Vision: To ensure that every child- orphaned, poor and disadvantaged in the town of Buea, and its environs gets basic education and develops skills that enable them to meet the needs of today’s changing world.

Philosophy:  Zindatal Kindergarten and Primary School, believes that education is a human right, and as such,  it is supposed to be accessible to everyone- boys and  girls. Zindatal Kindergarten and Primary therefore promotes especially the education of girls in a community where this is often downplayed especially within controlled by limited resources. 

Zindatal Kindergarten and Primary School, encourages the acquisition and development of skills in science, mathematics, arts, music, French and technology. Against the backdrop of the political crisis, education is provided in an environment of security where children are free to demonstrate their talents and abilities. The school administration in partnership with parents ensures that the pupils build solid social, academic, and broader relationships with  local communities.
